Many of us enjoy sharing our lives with a dog (or two!), but how many of us realise that our perfect companion could
be a rescue dog waiting patiently for YOU!
Too many dogs in this country find themselves homeless due to a variety of reasons. Some are found straying and their owner's can’t be traced; some are deliberately discarded; some are taken from their homes after having suffered neglect or abuse, while others simply need new homes due to a change in their owners’ circumstances.
Phoenix Dog Rescue exists to help as many of these dogs as possible. We believe that every dog deserves to find happiness in a loving lifetime home chosen especially for the dog’s individual needs.
Phoenix Dog Rescue formed in early 2008 and is run by a team of dedicated volunteers with a combined wealth of experience in the rescue and re-homing of dogs. All the dogs which come into our care are routinely vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, neutered and receive any necessary veterinary treatment. The dogs are kept safe in our comfortable kennels in Warrington or in foster care until their new home is found.
