Star has come to Phoenix Dog Rescue as an unwanted pet, along with her brother Bo.

Star is a 3 year old Patterdale-type girl. She is very sweet.

Star is a bit timid at first, but quickly warms to people.  She pulls quite hard on the lead when first out, but settles down after a while - nothing some training can't fix.  She will also need some help with house-training.

Basically she needs training.  She has just kind of gotten on with life, without the benefit of proper training. She has a lovely nature though and with some time and effort from new owners, will make a lovely family member.

I met Star in her home and, while loved, she was not given what a dog needs. She was not exercised or trained.  She is clean in the house unless left for long periods of time.  Star adores her toys and will demand playtime for as long as her humans will allow it.  She is good with other dogs.

Star has now been re-homed
